Q. Can it be used in on-premises or air-gapped environments?
Yes. Alli supports all three deployment modes: SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid. It can be installed and operated directly on internal infrastructure in fully air-gapped environments. Allganize has real-world deployment experience in highly regulated sectors including finance, public sector, and defense. Data is never transmitted externally.
Q. Can it integrate with existing ERP, groupware, or internal systems?
Via REST API, Alli integrates with SAP, Oracle ERP, internal groupware, Slack, Teams, and custom-built systems. Alli Coworker supports end-to-end automation — reading data from and writing results to connected systems. This applies equally in air-gapped environments.
Q. How does Alli differ from Microsoft Copilot or Google Vertex AI?
Global big-tech solutions lock you into a specific ecosystem and are difficult to optimize for regulated enterprise domains. Data residency regulations add further friction. Alli keeps data on-premises, supports LLM fine-tuning for industry-specific domains, and operates as a multi-LLM architecture — so switching models preserves your existing apps and operational workflows.
Q. Can we use multiple LLM models without being locked into one?
Alli is built on a multi-LLM gateway architecture. Major commercial models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) as well as open-source and fine-tuned models can be selected and switched through a single interface. Changing models leaves the apps and workflows built on Alli intact. You can adapt flexibly to vendor contract changes or shifts in model performance.
Q. What security certifications does Alli hold?
Alli is certified for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, and supports HIPAA compliance. It meets the compliance requirements of financial and public sector institutions. In on-premises deployments, data never leaves the customer's infrastructure. Allganize has a proven track record with regulated financial institutions, including major banks and insurers.
Q. How long does deployment take? What does the PoC process look like?
Timeline depends on deployment scale and integration scope, but Alli's PoC — run on your real data and workflows — typically shows working results faster than building in-house. From there, we map a phased rollout to full deployment together.

Q. What is Agentic AI and how is it different from a standard chatbot?
Agentic AI goes beyond answering questions. Given a goal, it independently forms a plan and executes multi-step tasks in sequence. A standard chatbot responds one step at a time when prompted by a person; Agentic AI handles document analysis, reasoning, and system entry autonomously. Alli Coworker completes real workflows end to end in exactly this way.
Q. What is RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and why does it matter for enterprise?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a technology in which an LLM retrieves internal documents and databases in real time to generate responses. Unlike general-purpose LLMs that answer based on training data alone, RAG enables AI to reference actual company policies, product manuals, and contracts to deliver accurate answers. This is how Alli's Answer feature works.
